Jessie's Benefit

Several local and regional artists are coming together for a benefit concert to help raise money to cover some of Jessie Crumpton West’s medical bills.  Thank You For Loving Me … A Benefit for Jessie Crumpton West” will be held June 2 at Rock Bottom American Pub, featuring artists from Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.

Among the scheduled performers are Samantha Landrum, the Wayne Mills Band, Shannon Labrie, Annelise, Lauren St. Jane and The Dead Westerns, and Marshall Seese and The Abandoned. West, who is now home, was hospitalized at UAB on Dec. 30 for second-degree burns. Her medical bills have reached $984,000 in the past four months.
